| It’s amazing how times have changed in the last ten years. Not long ago K-Squared was playing guessing games as to where the likes of Mike LaRocco, Jeremy McGrath and Ricky Carmichael were testing their dirt bikes prior to the opening round of the AMA Pro Motocross Series. Now, all we have to do is read up on Twitter to see where the professional athletes are heading to fine-tune their machines for the 2011 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Series. Just yesterday we read a tweet from @broctickle that he would be testing at Comp Edge MX Park with the Pro Circuit team. On that piece of information alone, we headed out to see what we could find for you, the fans, in regards to the season opener only 9 days away at the time. Much to our surprise, we found not only the Pro Circuit guys putting in laps, but Chad Reed (who is receiving substantial help from the Factory Honda guys), Ryan Villopoto, Jake Weimer and Cole Seely. The sea of red and green was like a beautiful Christmas present in the heat of Hesperia. On that note, we did our best to capture some photos and videos from the day to bring the action to all of you. So Merry Christmas in the middle of May, coming to you the K- Squared way. Enjoy! |
